  • We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. Availability varies throughout the year, and popular wedding dates can book well in advance. That said, if your wedding is approaching, you're always welcome to inquire — if we're available, we'd love to hear what you're planning.

  • We don't require every wedding to fit within the same floral budget. Pricing depends on the number and scale of arrangements, flower selections, seasonality, and overall design.

  • Absolutely. We're always happy to hear which flowers you love and will keep those preferences in mind as we design. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, we can't guarantee specific varieties. Instead, we focus on creating the overall color, texture, movement, and feeling you've envisioned using the best blooms available at the time of your wedding.

  • Delivery is available for wedding and event florals based on location and order size. When applicable, we'll place your floral pieces in their designated locations upon delivery. Rae Floral Co. does not provide floral installations or on-site construction of floral structures.

  • Yes. We know wedding plans evolve. Quantities and design details can generally be adjusted leading up to your finalization deadline, subject to availability and the terms of your agreement. We'll confirm your final floral selections and quantities with you before flowers are ordered.

  • Depending on your floral design, vases and vessels may be included as rentals or incorporated into your proposal. Any rental items and return requirements will be clearly noted before booking.

  • Rae Floral Co. serves weddings throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, the Twin Cities metro, and surrounding Minnesota communities. For celebrations outside our standard service area, reach out with your venue and we'll let you know what's possible.
